We print custom strut cards and strutted show cards using a variety of printing techniques, including UV, digital and screen printing.

You can order any quantity from 1 to 1,000,000! It is often more cost effective to order larger volumes and we can accommodate any print run request.

No you can have any size printed, however some of the most common sizes are A5, A4 and A3.

For smaller size show cards one strut would be applied, however, if your design requires multiple struts to be applied to the back of the cards this can be arranged. For larger show cards multiple struts may be required to support the board.

Yes you can have as many different designs as you like.

Yes if the show cards are printed on either Foamex or Correx they will be waterproof.

The thickness of the boards would depend on the overall finished size of the cards, as standard an A5 or A4 show card would be printed on 2000 micron display board. Please specify when requesting prices.

No, struts come in all different sizes. We would use the most appropriate sized strut for your show card size.

A4 strutted showcards

A4 strut cards can be used to get your marketing campaign and branding in front of the customer the moment they enter the store.

Printed on display board and fitted with a single strut on the reverse
Printed portrait or landscape

A5 strut cards

We custom make A5 strut cards in-house. The cards are printed on the face and come complete with a locking rear strut for simple and brand promotion.

A5 strut showcards are 148mm x 210mm in size, (half the size of A4)
Strutted showcards are printed on recyclable display board and fitted with a single locking strut on the reverse
Both landscape or portrait versions available
Printed on a heavy weight 2000 micron thick display board (2mm) with a matt finish. Alternative finishes such as gloss lamination are available
Strutted cards can be cut to custom shapes
