Can you print onto panels we supply?

Yes. We specialise in printing onto free-issue material supplied by our trade customers.

Your panels can be supplied to us already cut to size and, subject to the individual job, can also be pre-fabricated, drilled, machined or otherwise prepared before printing.

This gives you the freedom to source or manufacture the exact panel you need without being limited to standard materials or sheet sizes supplied by the printer.

Simply tell us what the material is, its dimensions, the quantity and what needs to be printed, and we can advise on suitability and the best way to produce the job.

What materials can you supply for printing?

We can print onto a wide variety of customer-supplied rigid and semi-rigid materials.

These can include:

  • Aluminium
  • Aluminium composite material (ACM)
  • Acrylic
  • PVC and foam PVC
  • Polycarbonate
  • Plastics
  • Timber and wood-based panels
  • Painted and coated panels
  • Fabricated components
  • Specialist and non-standard materials

If your material isn’t listed, ask us. We regularly deal with bespoke trade requirements and can assess whether your particular material or component is suitable for printing.

For unusual substrates, coatings or particularly valuable components, testing may be recommended before the full production run.

Printing for sign makers, fabricators and the trade

Our panel printing service is designed to support other businesses.

Instead of investing in specialist printing equipment or turning away work that falls outside your normal production capabilities, you can outsource the printing to Screen Print & Display.

We can provide trade printing for applications including:

  • Signs and display panels
  • Industrial panels
  • Control and fascia panels
  • Machine and equipment graphics
  • Exhibition displays
  • Retail and point-of-sale displays
  • Architectural panels
  • Interior display components
  • Promotional displays
  • Fabricated products
  • Specialist one-off projects
  • Repeat production work

We can work with you on anything from an individual specialist component through to ongoing trade production.

Large and bespoke panel printing

Need something printed that isn’t a standard sheet size?

That’s exactly where our free-issue panel printing service can help.

We can accommodate customer-supplied panels and components in a wide range of dimensions, including large, oversized and non-standard sizes, subject to the requirements of the individual project.

This makes the service particularly useful when the material has already been manufactured specifically for a job or when the finished component cannot simply be produced from a standard stock sheet.

If you have an unusually large panel or fabricated item, send us the dimensions and specification and we’ll advise on the best way to print it.

Screen printing onto panels and rigid materials

Screen printing remains an excellent production method for many panel and component applications, particularly where strong, consistent print, specialist inks or repeat production are required.

Screenprint & Display has the capability to produce high-quality printing directly onto a wide range of rigid materials and finished components.

If you’re unsure whether screen printing is the right process for your particular application, speak to us. We can assess the material, artwork, quantity, size and intended use before recommending the most appropriate approach.
