Yes, as they are custom made, you can have either (triangular) 3 or (square) 4 sided covers.

There are a couple of ways to fasten them together, most frequently they are produced with interlocking tabs but we can also supply them with tabs that are supplied with a strong double sided tape or velcro.

The standard height we produce is 1000mm / 1 metre. We can make any size up to 3000mm / 3 metres (these are used for lamppost covers).

The sleeves can be printed in any number of colours or full colour. It is more cost effective for very large runs to be produced in a limited number of colours.

Yes we can supply the artwork template for your Correx bollard sleeve or cover, however we only send these out once an order is confirmed.

The cheapest outdoor rigid plastic for temporary signage. It will last about a year outdoors.

By far the most common thickness is 4mm (680gsm), but also available in 2,3,6,10mm.

Correx is available in a selection of colours, but the vast majority is white. Yellow is the next most used.

Correx^® is a fully recyclable material.

There is no minimum order quantity as we can digitally print small orders and for larger volumes screenprinting with pantone matched colours is an option.

There are 2 factors to consider when deciding on the size you require.

Firstly what is the height of the Bollard? If you could measure the height of the bollard with a tape measure, there are standard heights for covers, these are 800mm / 1000mm / 1200mm, however we can make custom sizes to suit your requirements.

Secondly you would need to know the diameter of the bollard. This can be calculated either by placing a ruler or measure on the top of the bollard, with the edge over the centre point to provide the diameter measurement. Alternatively use a tape measure around the circumference of the bollard and divide the measurement by 3.14 to calculate the diameter.

Once you know this information let our team know and we will provide you with an accurate quotation.

The Correx® covers are easy to install. They will be delivered flat packed and we have put together a short video showing how to put them together, they are then simply placed over the bollards as required.

Bollard covers are printed on weatherproof Correx^® plastic, cut to shape, and despatched to you flat for simple assembly without the use of fasteners, clips or glue. We regularly produce tailor made covers to fit either triangular, round or square bollards.

Correx^® bollard covers are printed with UV printers directly onto corrugated (Correx^®) board and cut to shape. They are affordable and effective point-of-sale displays for outdoor use, providing both temporary and long-term advertising.

There are generally two types of Correx^® bollard covers: triangular and square. We have standard sizes for these, but also provide a complete bespoke service, designing and printing your own custom bollard cover to requirements. In most cases, though, our standard sizes suffice.

These bollard sleeves are frequently used on car park and traffic management bollards, turning them into effective advertising opportunities. With the latest printing technology used at Screenprint & Display, we ensure your bollard prints are high resolution, vibrant and have a visual high-impact effect. Heads will turn with these prints!

4-Sided Square

Our 4-sided square Bollard Covers have 4 panels worth of space to get your message across and promote your brand. Naturally, the width of each panel is less than those of the triangular cover, but does open up more design possibilities than its triangular counterpart.

These square covers fit tighter on the bollards and are generally cheaper than 3-sided triangular covers based on the same size bollard.

3-Sided Triangular

Triangular bollard covers are sometimes preferred to square ones, offering a variation on the more traditional shape. These 3-sided covers offer more advertising space per panel (but obviously less panels!), and, therefore, can sometimes achieve a greater visual impact. The trade off for this is that they will never provide as tight a fit on the bollard as the 4-sided alternative.
